You’ve made the right decision in supporting the Right to Manage (RTM) at Perceval Square. By doing so, you’re helping pave the way for potential savings of at least 35% in management fees and enabling a more transparent and thorough review of existing contracts—particularly when we move forward with appointing a new managing agent.

Once the RTM claim is successful, each flat will contribute £102 towards the cost of acquiring the RTM. This is only payable if we are successful and so there’s no financial risk involved in joining.
